Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. Helping your movements throughout your body to be more fluent and strong centered. With the practice of posterior-lateral breaths and engaging your CAGE muscles and working in a neutral spin is the challenge and the goal while performing each exercise in a flowing controlled manner.  Lengthening your spin, putting space in between each vertebra and forming long lean strong muscles.

Pilates is a wonderful way as we say to “practice standing tall” and as Joseph Pilates once said “YOU ARE ONLY AS OLD AS YOUR SPIN.”

At Pilates Body Art Fitness Studio we offer small intimate group classes and private sessions for Reformers and Mat, designed to be modified to our client's goals. Our studio is unique and works with State-Of-Art equipment, built and designed for our modern days. You will find our studio is special, bright, roomy and more solitary than other studios. We are not your typical mat on the floor class studio, we are more personal as your own personal trainer would be. We offer many choices of great classes to fit everyone's needs and goals. We follow Joseph Pilates' True Principles and Fundamentals with a Contemporary/ProgressiveTwist. Pilates true foundation allows us to become more flexible, lengthening our spine, strengthening our transverse muscles our CORE, pelvic flooring, learning to stabilize parts of her body then moving freely through different joints of your body pain free, working from the inside to the outside. We incorporate strength training, muscle toning, and cardio circuit training with lite to medium weights. We also teach body suspension TRX, Burn at Barre and Yoga. Our mat classes are practiced on but limited to the following equipment. Pilates on Mat, Wall Springboard (Cadillac both towers on wall) Bodhi (TRX), Orbits, Wights, Kettle-Bells, Barre Fitness, Magic Circles, Thera Bands, Weighted Balls, Dowels, Exercise Balls, Stability Balls and Medicine Balls. Our other room includes 6 Reformers, Combo Chairs, Ladder Barrel and Cadillac. We offer a free mat class, please like us on our social media. About Victoria 

Fitness has always been a big part of my life, before and after the birth of my 3 beautiful daughters.  Fitness

is what makes me stronger and feel better all around. I have been helping to  motivate and shape men and

women's bodies and minds for over 13 years. I am certified with PhysicalMind Institute, which was the first

national organization to offer a Pilates education certifications. As well as certified with Health And Fitness

for Pilates and Weight Training and recently completed my new certification with Pilates Sports Center. I am

also a member with Pilates Method Alliance.

Other back-round and education -  Bachelors in Business, Certified Paralegal and worked in Human Resources

for 8 years, as well as owned and promoted Healthy Organic Foods in schools in high-tech vending

machines.  I enjoy woking with people who want to start or keep fitness apart of their life-style. Health is not

a trend but a way of life for good.
